Our stay here was incredibly affordable considering we were a block from the beach and boardwalk. We could walk to all restaurants and coffee shops with ease. Beautiful room-clean and refreshing. Great communication! We will definitely be back!

Location of hotel was a block from the beach/boardwalk and a short walk to downtown stores. Building appears to be new and rooms were clean. Communication was consistent and extensive and the front desk was very accomodating.

They need to be more upfront with parking. There is none and the local parking (if available) is a lot per 24 hours so add that to the price. No pool, both are located at sister sites. No lobby hassle free check in was great. Newly renovated, nice buy cheap facade.

We absolutely loved the room. We spend a lot of time exclusively in OC and of all the places we have stayed at this was by far the best in every way!!! We are due to come back down for a long weekend starting July 18 and we are very much hoping our room there will be available. That is how much we loved it.

This property is brand new and very convenient to all the area attractions. Check-in is contactless and fully online. Your state includes parking and beach tags. All the rooms are brand new with quality beds and bathroom is large with new walk-in shower.

Went for a weekend trip. The hotel was very clean, very comfortable bed, but overall room size small. Great location to beach and boardwalk. Had some trouble getting TV to work. Staff communication was good.

Great location (block from the beach and boardwalk) and not a bad place if you're just looking for a bed to sleep in. The room was clean and the bathroom was pretty nice. But I've stayed in "invisible" and "concierge-less" hotels before and this one was pretty middling. The guest platform they use was not functioning well and it took hours to get a text back, which was often just a canned response or completely unrelated to the question asked. I thought maybe I was talking to an AI for awhile but then I'd also get really short, unhelpful responses to basic questions that I had to ask several times. The price is also not differentiated enough from a regular hotel to fail to provide basic hotel amenities like an ice bucket or a bed that wasn't from IKEA. It was fine.

This was a great place for me and my teenage daughter to stay for a quick off season weekend. We didn’t arrive until close to 9:00pm on Friday night. I had been driving for hours so I wasn’t able to look at the text messages as they were sent for me to fill out additional information. So when we arrived, we weren’t sure where to go. The outside lights came on after we went into the room. The parking was conveniently located around the back, but the parking lot and alley way to walk through are dark, and we couldn’t see an animal that ran out from behind a dumpster and scared us. That was more funny than scary to us, but someone else might had been scared. It was dark. Anyway, the bed was comfy, the room was clean and the shower was great. In the middle of the day, we came back to the room because it was raining. While we were there, a woman opened the door. She didn’t knock, she just walked in. Obviously it was a mistake. But we would have been pretty upset if we were getting changed or something. The top lock was locked, so she must have used a key. Having someone to be able to walk right in without warning is a little upsetting. Maybe a knock every time or a chain link lock might be better to ensure privacy. Otherwise, cute spot.
