You're on You're own! The staff doesn't know anything doesn't know anything's at there's no restaurants open there's no food unless you like donuts or a sub and everybody that works there act like they just got hired an hour ago!!! it's the worst experience I've ever had in a vacation hotel Casino! I've had better service in motels! Don't ask questions don't ask directions the staff is stupid and plain ignorance they're rude and Clueless! We had to ask a security guard directions or were things were at and where to find food how messed up is that a security guard really this is supposed to be a major multibillion Dollar Hotel Casino! Doing good about this place was the price cheaper than most of the places on the strip so if you're going to have a good time in Atlantic City just stay at Bally's for the convenience of cheap hotel room and pretty decent rooms! The valet is a scam if they're even there they size you up when you get out of your car to figure out how much they want to charge you they take your luggage and force you into two different tips one for the guy that is standing at the cart when you're doing most of the work getting your stuff out of your vehicle and the other one that rolls it up to your room pathetic!!! We literally had to go on the boardwalk to a burger place to get a good decent meal and to Caesar's Palace to Hell's Kitchen Pub and Grill which by the way was the best hamburger I've ever had amazing and worth every penny!! Negative 5 Stars!
