"Staff were extremely friendly. Welcoming to our toddler and provided high quality service with a smile. Harsh and the staff at the restaurant were so attentative. The woman in the front who helps with bookings secured a last minute reservation at a rooftop directly in front of the duomo. Stunning views and meal. "We had a wonderful time staying at the Caruso, A Belmond Hotel in Ravello. We were greeted by friendly and warmhearted staffs. We got free upgrade to a suite with balcony viewing of the sea and surrounded with purple wisterias. The suite was spacious and prepared the welcoming champagne and fresh fruits. The hotel had stunning views every corner and the service was impeccable. Unfortunately, we couldn't use the complementary sunset boating tour due to the weather. "

"The hotel itself is beautiful and the staff is very friendly. This was our first time in the area so we didn’t realize the distance. It’s not walking distance to anything. "Gabrielle was amazing. We got screwed by our airline and missed all our connecting travel. We contacted the property very late and they managed to have us picked up in Salerno within the hour. "Property advertises valet parking however this is not available, no parking in the area unless you have a local permit. There is only one parking garage nearby that was completely full so we spent over 2 hours trying to find overnight parking. Additionally that request that you hand in your key any time you leave the hotel which we found was strange. Other than that the hotel was nice and in a convenient location. The few restaurants that were in Atrani were great."
