"Staff was responsive to problems. Noisy my first day. Doors slamming, people arguing in hallway outside my room. 12am-1am and again doors slamming, talking loudly outside my door 6am. Location ok. . Breakfast was packaged sweet snacks. Coffee pot never worked, second day teapot was fixed. Lots of towels. Cleaned daily.
Would I stay here again? No."

"Extremely disappointing experience. Upon checking in, we immediately noticed the room was dirty, with stains throughout the carpet, hair in the shower, and a strong musty smell. The photos online were misleading and did not accurately represent the condition of the room. The overall environment felt unclean, and we were uncomfortable staying there. We ended up leaving just 30 minutes after checking in because of the condition of the room. Despite not staying a single night, we received no refund...
