"Room not been cleaned on checking in at 4pm , we were given a key to a dirty ,unserviced room and then not given an alternative room until 8.30 pm. It was chaos as many other guests with same issue! Breakfast was £18 extra and was absolutely dreadful. So disappointed to see this lovely old hotel ..."

Get beyond the fabulous lobby area with its lovely staircase, and you are met by bedrooms and bathrooms that don’t seem to have changed in 50 years. "The flat was not properly cleaned, specially in the kitchen and living room. To make matters even worst, we found bedbugs in one of the bedrooms. A bad experience indeed!"

"Excellent location by the river and close to best restaurants in town. All fixtures in the Apartment were top quality. Whilst very clean, housekeeping was not the best. One day we were missed and problems with iron & TV but quickly resolved by Shaun, the on-site manager"

"The Room was okay, but my showers room was across hall, loose toilet seat, shower very slow draining but was fixed, I would rather pay more. All in all Poor. Staff okay, kitchen hubby. No laundry."
