The staff were all very kind and polite, and I had a pleasant and comfortable stay for a week. One area for improvement would be the Wi-Fi connection, as it was quite unstable for work purposes. Improving the Wi-Fi would make the stay even more comfortable. It would also be nice to have a tissue box in the room.
