We always stay here when travelling for work and it never disappoints. The rooms are excellent, comfortable, spacious and perfect for relaxing after a busy day. There are plenty of great food options nearby, which makes the location really convenient. Always an easy, enjoyable stay and definitely our go-to whenever we’re in town.

The check-in was smooth and overall our stay was very comfortable. Loved that we were in the heart of Ponsonby with many shops, restaurants, bars, and a supermarket all in walking distance. The staff allowed us to keep our car in the parking lot for an hour after checking out while we visited our son nearby, very much appreciated thank you again!! We will definitely be back 😀🙏

Parking easy. Location fantastic. Easy to everything we wanted to get to. Pillows like rocks...I would stay again but take my own pillows. No heating unless you request something be provided, which it was and made a huge difference. Kitchen had all we needed and there is also a washing machine and dryer, if needed.
