"Nous devions arriver avec beaucoup de retard en raison de la distance et la circulation la veille du férié du 1er mai ; le personnel et le service de l'accueil a essayé de faire le maximum pour nous attendre. Par ailleurs nous n'avions pas eu le temps de prendre le repas en route. Le personnel de l'accueil nous a mis à l'aise en nous proposant de nous assoir dans la salle du petit déjeuner avec possibilité d'utiliser toute vaisselle utile. Merci infiniment"

"We arrived around 7PM to a sign with a phone number which we could not connect to. We had to wait around for 20-30 minutes before someone else arrived who was able to help us connect. Then it took another 10-15 minutes before the clerk arrived to check us in. The hotel room was just okay. Nothing special."

"Koselig familiedrevet hotell sentralt i Narbonne Plage. Veldig hyggelige eiere. Rent og pent. God frokost og veldig god service. Kort vei til hovedgata med restauranter og butikker og til en fantastisk sandstrand. Vi har bodd her to ganger og kommer gjerne tilbake. "

"Bel hôtel joliment décoré et la chambre était très bien pour la famille (2 pièces; l’une avec 2 lits simples l’autre avec un très grand lit). Le personnel a été très accueillant et serviable pendant notre séjour. L’hôtel est très bien situé. Il est facile de se rendre à pied à la cité médiévale en quelques minutes. Pour de bon marcheurs, il est aussi possible de se rendre à pied au Pont vieux où il y a une belle vue de la cité médiévale et au canal du midi. Le déjeuner (15 euros/personne)...
