Waldorf Astoria Versailles - Trianon Palace

"There are two buildings to this property. When is the palace and the other is a convention center? There is a couch in our room that was so dirty and awful. It was a bit shocking. The AC did not work and they put a fan in our room that was 30 C or 86F. We were told that the entire building had no AC until the following week. When I paid for an upgrade for a garden view, instead of looking at Versailles, I was looking at trees between the two buildings Otherwise, the room was comfortable with clean beds and comfortable pillows"

"I had a good stay at Okko Port du Versailles. The hotel is clean, with comfortable beds. Cotton sheets and down pillows. The breakfast was amazing, with salmon. 5 different type of cheese, omelets, fruits, chicken, prosciutto, salami, salad, vegetables, crepes, and a lot more. The hotel is very closed to a bus, a tram and a metro station. It doesn't have AC and it felt stuffy even on a 60 degree day. The furniture wants to be modern but it's rather ugly. The wals are not painted and look dirty. The room was not very clean. I found hairs ...."

"We had a fantastic stay here and would definitely recommend it. The man who checked us in (didn’t catch his name) went above and beyond from the moment we arrived, upgrading us to a top floor room with a balcony, which was perfect as we were travelling with our dog. He was always so friendly and made a point of checking in with us whenever we saw him at reception. The room itself was fantastic, spotless, and cleaned daily. The mini bar and snacks were a really nice touch too. The location was excellent — a lovely park opposite across the river, plenty of local restaurants and shops nearby, while still being close enough to get into central Paris quickly and easily. Overall, a brilliant stay with amazing service throughout."

"Great location , easy access to the metro not even 1 min walk and like that we were able to visit everywhere in paris , super easy! However , few things to be improved 1. There was this strange odour in the bathroom ( more like plumbing odour) all the time . 2. No fan to suck all the air in the bathroom while taking shower. 3. Safe box wasn’t working ( but the staff came up with a solution so fast) 4. I believe an iron is important to have in each room instead of asking for it at the reception. But overall pretty good. If you don’t take breakfast option you have at least coffee and water service at the reception."

"The hotel is in a nice, quiet neighborhood near public transportation (the end of several bus lines, the T2 line, and metro lines). The staff was friendly and helpful, the breakfast was nice and always ready at 7am, and the room was spacious. I would even say this is the most spacious hotel room I've stayed in in Europe. The room had a large bathroom, a separate living area with a kitchenette (including a microwave, fridge, plates and silverware, and tea service). The bed was large and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again when I'm in Paris! If there were any drawbacks, the satellite TV wasn't consistent, and the hotel is a little further from the city center than many hotels (that's why it's quieter), but well worth the extra travel time."

"Excellent Stay in a Perfect Location! This hotel’s location is fantastic and very close to the regional train station, which made getting around so easy. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. We loved it and would definitely stay here again!"
