"The free airport shuttle isn’t “free” and is basically unavailable from the airport to the hotel in the evening. It cost us 30 Euro by Taxi to the hotel and 14 Euro back to airport. it’s extremely hard to get ahold of anyone who can help and give proper info (eg where to get shuttle). "Hotel lobby is beautiful, and we went into the attached pub which was also very nice. The carpets and dresser in our room were quite worn and the carpet probably needed a deep cleaning . The bed was comfortable and it was very quiet so we slept well."

"I went to use their laundry service. Put laundry in on a Thursday morning. Went to grab it on Friday and they told me that they don’t have workers on weekends so it won’t be done until Monday. You are a HOTEL, not a bank or government office!! What do you mean you don’t have that service on a weekend. That’s your busiest time!! The airline had lost my luggage and I was literally working with two outfits the whole week and couldn’t get them washed.
Also your beds are awful!!! The mattress slips...
