"A wonderful place to stay"

"The bed was comfortable and the AC worked well. The cleanliness was concerning though. The bathroom had hair and dirt in the sink and shower, with a used washcloth thrown in the corner. The fridge was always off. You have to push a button to turn it on, but it only stays active for two hours then goes off again. I don't know if it was just my room, by the walls are "thin". You could hear people showering and talking next door and walking around from the floor above. Staff was super friendly...

"I am not sure why Expedia recommended this hotel. My stay was comfortable but nothing to write home about. The reception was cold and uninviting. The room was blah. The biggest turnoff was that there was no coffee to make in the room. The breakfast was bland and unappealing. I would think twice before staying here again."

"Our experience at the Greystone Inn in Bridgeport, Texas. could not have been much worse. We checked in on the evening of March 21, 2026 and were asleep when my wife was awakened about 5:30 am on March 22, 2026 . We turned on a light and she had bed bugs on her as well as numerous bed bug bites. We stayed in the room until check out time when I went to the office to discuss the matter. Before going to the office, two employees acknowledged that the vermin were bed bugs. At the office, I was told...

"The mini fridge in the room didn't work and last night had police at the hotel for a issue for a couple of hours which made it uncomfortable and was going to extend my stay but they wanted around 20 dollars more than what i had paid at original check in the hotel is not a 60 or 70 a night hotel more on the line of 40 to 50 a night the say direct tv my room didnt have many channels i can get more on a regular antenna "

"Clean rooms and comfy bed! The staff was friendly and Serenity was extremely efficient and helpful! The hotel itself is in a great location that’s safe and with lots of walkable places to eat, mingle, and be active. The decor in the hotel was beautiful! The bar area was comfy too! We didn’t use the pool but it was nicely set up and decorated with bold bright colors! The coffee was available without charge but it wasn’t that good. "

"Stayed at this Hyatt for a quick over night trip to attend a friend’s baby shower in the area. I got there 30 mins before the 3pm check-in and no issue with getting my room then. I had a King Suite and it was great. I loved the layout of the couch area and the bed area. Bed was comfortable, shower was good, windows had blackout curtains.
