"One time a homeless man spent the night in the lobby of my apartment building in Chicago. The lobby smelled for weeks afterwards. The corridor smelled like this at the Days Inn in West Allis. The hotel is old, dated, and run down. Poor wi-fi so you can't work or check your socials. There was no surface dirt in the room and the bathroom was clean but old. Carpet was stained and frayed. OId furniture. Wallpaper peeling from the walls. Not a nice overall experience. Dirty corridors. Room was large...

"First our shower had blood stains in it. Then refrigerator didn’t work. Took two attempts to fix it then it ended up getting replaced. After that they didn’t clean our room on the 3rd day. On one good point front desk staff was always friendly. I’d definitely check other options be staying at this property!"

"The location is prime near many Of Milwaukee's sights. It's located in the heart of downtown Milwaukee and not far from many things. The staff from check in to check out, were exceptional, the property well maintained and cleaned. I requested a room overlooking the downtown area and lake michigan.East side was not at all disappointed. And the price for what I got was really a wonderful surprise. The casino is well worth the gamble. I highly recommend a stay and look forward to a future visit."

"This is a fun, special place to stay. The re-imagining of an old brewery factory building into a suite hotel makes this a unique experience. Enjoy the lobby with its beer bottle tiled checkin and copper brewing tank ceiling inlays. The suite rooms were very large compared to major brand hotels. "This met all of our needs while attending a dance competition"

"I have never stayed at a hotel with a staff like this one. I actually received a phone call from them saying that I could check in at 2:00, in response to a request made by me the day before. They also volunteered a meeting room for us to use for a 2-hour murder mystery. The breakfast was excellent and the staff was constantly replenishing the food and tidying up the area. The desk staff was friendly and the room was clean."
