"From the beginning to the end of our trip, everything was amazing. My concierge Santiago was extremely helpful, polite, accommodating and professional. The kids club was by far the best part. Yuli, Caro, Florencia and everyone was so amazing my son had such a great time he begged to come back the following day even ran there right after breakfast. Hands down wonderful hotel. "Staying at this location was the worst decision. My sister and I planned for our husband’s a Father’s Day weekend for the pool walk out room. The pool area to our room was nasty and dirty. The room smelled of mildew. No hot water one day for me and the next day no hot water for my sister’s room. TV remote didn’t work and it took maintenance over an hour to come check.
