"Lovely hotel in a fairly isolated area with a good restaurant and bar. The room has everything you need, the staff were great and we really appreciated the hot water bottles in the evenings as it was very cold. The breakfast was excellent and the food in the restaurant was good and fairly priced. There is WiFi in the reception area."
"The house is very clean, spacious and well equipped. Check in was also very easy, and we could park inside, within the gated property. We only didn't like that it was a bit remote from the city, but we didn't have any issues."
"This was our second visit to Eagles Nest and this time we stayed at Eagles View Cabin. Eagles view was even better than our last cabin with an amazing view. We were surprised to find the desert in bloom with wild flowers everywhere - really beautiful.
The cabin whilst rustic and a little chilly at night has everything you need for a self catering break and was very clean and comfortable. We didn’t bother to drive to the lodge as we stocked up with supplies and spent our time exploring the beautiful surroundings.
We enjoyed disconnecting as we had no wifi or phone signal but that was perfect. "
