"Staff were amazing, they even lent us towels after checkout, so that we could go to the Springs. The hotel is otherwise a standard Hyatt property. There was temporary AC in the Lobby, but they are in the process of fixing that."

"We got in late because of a flat tire, you know life… the guy at the front seat was so nice and got us into our rooms and we had the best night sleep ever, the breakfast was good and hot! The waffle were amazing! 10/10 would recommend, we will be returning , thank you forthe friendly service!"
