Austin is an incredible city with a lot to offer. We booked this hotel out of convenience but I’ve stayed in a lot of airport and budget hotels and this was by far the worst.

"Difficulty with check in process. The site was glitching and had to reset passwords in attempt to check in and the customer service phone reps can't check you in or assist with this much sadly. There's no on site person and the customer service isn't in the area so doesn't know much about parking. ..."
