I was surprised that my Kasa stay worked so well. The phone number was almost always answered by a person who was well trained and had all the information on our contact and common to date. They are also great with text communication.
Special note: The instructions need to be read thoroughly before you arrive otherwise things will get very confusing very fast. If you speak to the front desk at the 2nd street austin location for parking instructions before you park the front desk gives very different instructions to park that will be very expensive. Read and follow Kasa instructions on parking and register your car in advance. The electric car chargers are operated through an App called Loop. You have to register with the App or it won’t work. Once you register the charger worked . It’s a slow charge so my empty battery took 8 hours to fill to 75% overnight and cost $15.
I want to especially thank their team and their cleaning team for their thorough ness and integrity and honesty. I left a valuable piece of jewelry on the desk in my bedroom and I called immediately when I realized it. They found it and helped me get it back within a few days . I am so grateful to their customer service team especially Marizon for helping me.
You should know that the door to the unit does not automatically lock after you enter and depart so make sure you check your door when leaving it does not lock like a normal hotel. When you are in the unit by yourself you need to lock yourself.
