"I had just had surgery and had an organ removed, my father passed, and I had to fly into town. When I got there, it was 12 o’clock. Marcella, a young lady at the front desk cared enough to give me a room, but could not give me a key until the computers updated. I was in so much pain thank you Marcella.. "The property is very close to Austin Bergstrom Airport which is why I stayed there. I have stayed there on two occasions.
My only concern about the hotel is that both times I stayed there, a handful of homeless people mill around very near the property. It is not the fault of the hotel, but since I have seen it on both stays, I presume these are "regulars" who roam the general area.
Besides that, the hotel has been pleasant to stay at."

"We did not like the fact that we had to ‘ask’ for cleaning service. There were no signs saying that. We ended up staying 4 nights and only got our room cleaned once which we had to ask for. We saw trash outside one of the rooms, too.
Also, the breakfast was only so-so. Very few muffins, bread and they kept running out of eggs. Tables were not cleaned."

"While the hotel was close to the airport and offered a free shuttle (which only ran from 5am to 7:45pm), the property was very run down and our room was not clean (i.e., there was other people's hair on the counter and in our towels, the toilet wasn't clean). I will not be staying here again and would not recommend to others."
