Motel 6, Austin, Texas

"El personal fue amable, lo malo son las instalaciones. El hotel se ve viejo y descuidado, En el cuarto habían cucarachos, salieron en el baño y detrás de la cabecera de una cama. El hotel está sobre la interestatal 35 y no tiene aislantes descuidado sonido, no pude dormir por el ruido de autos y trailers toda la noche. No hay desayuno."

"Cheap and between airport and downtown"

"This places was a dump to say the least. The ac had a bucket under it and a few towels. Someone went into my room in the 1 hr I was gone getting breakfast. I noticed simply because towels went missing. I went to the front desk. She states that’s how they do their housekeeping. They did not in fact leave clean towels. They did not in fact take out the trash. The also stated they stopped making beds since covid. The 4ft lady at the counter got angry with me because I submitted a formal complaint...

"There was mould in our room and the property was booked and we got there later in the evening and was unable to find another place that night so we had to stay in that room."

"This place was a disaster. I have stayed at a decent Motel 6 before, and I know you get what you pay for, but I literally went to Target to buy sheets, a pillow and a blanket to sleep. It was just creepy. Also, cigarette burns on the bed covering. A hike in the wall under the tv. We blocked it with paper out of concern again for possible voyeurism."

"We knew what we were getting with a Motel 6 so our expectations were modest and that's what we got. The man at the desk was friendly and efficient. The bathroom needs some maintenance that should be very obvious to the management and housekeeping."
