The only positive about this hotel is its location,right next to The Domain shops. Beyond that, everything else was a disappointment. The property was dirty, poorly maintained, and in serious need of repairs.
The elevator felt like a safety hazard, with the last inspection dated back to March 2022 (if I recall correctly). It was so slow that we ended up using the stairs, which reeked of humidity and cigarette smoke.
When we arrived in our room (a double bed), we had to request new pillows. Three of them smelled like wet dog, and the others had visible stains and dirt. Worse, the sheets on both beds had hair from the previous occupants,completely unacceptable.
The bathroom was disgusting. The shower curtain had mold at the bottom, the floor looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks (mud-like stains), and both the faucet and shower head were barely attached to the wall.
The room itself was in bad shape. There was mold on the ceiling, the window A/C unit was extremely loud, and it barely cooled the room.
As for the “breakfast included” , it was laughable. The eggs tasted like cardboard, the bacon was thinner than paper, and the buffet offered two cereal options with an empty milk pitcher that was never refilled. No jelly, no effort.
Noise levels were also an issue, with other guests yelling in the halls late into the night.
I would absolutely not recommend this hotel to anyone. Despite the good location, the conditions were unacceptable, dirty, smelly, and loud.
