Beautiful rooms and very comfortable beds. The Valet was very efficient and the front desk staff was very welcoming.

Beautiful hotel
Loren is my go-to hotel in Austin. room is spacious and we love that it is next to the river and the walking trails, a bit away from downtown, but also close to everything. Always enjoy a cocktail at Nido's while watching the activities on the river and the sunset casting golden light on the high-rise buildings.

We had a great stay at The Loren. The staff was so helpful and friendly. Our room was lovely, clean and comfortable. The housekeeping staff kept the room clean and well stocked. The bath products smelled so good and the bathroom was lovely. Turndown service of chocolates and bottled water was wonderful. We can’t wait to stay again!

Service not what it was
Our 3rd time staying at Loren. While we still love the property and surrounding area, we were disappointed with the services. Our room was not cleaned even though we were out of the room by 11am. Water and coffee pods were not refilled. And when we asked for the refills, it took a long time to have it delivered.

Beautiful boutique hotel in the middle of Austin with great views of downtown from the NIRO restaurant. We dined there and the food was really good, try the crudo and the chips! The room is beutifully furnished and brand new. Highly recommended !!

No black out curtains in our room 311. Our rm was next to the “staff vestibule” where the cleaning services would come in and out of and the staff would let the door slam very loudly behind them. It would go on all day and evening to where you couldn’t fall asleep and then it would continue again early morning. Slamming doors night and day. Very unacceptable for a so called luxury hotel.

We stayed at The Loren at Ladybird Lake and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel is in a central location of Austin and the staff were very friendly and efficient. The room was large and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel

So many hidden fees. I bought a burger and a latte and a drink for $90 due to hidden fees. The rooms looked really cool but “park view” was over the valet, not the park. Also the doors rattle when anyone on your hall lets their Room door . On the positive side the god was delicious. But definitely a 3 star hotel priced as a four star

We were on the second floor and the huge floor to ceiling window was not sound proof (heard cement trucks at 6 AM ) and I felt like we were in a fish bowl. Average finish out in the rooms.

Smallest pool I have experienced in any hotel I visited. Confusing elevators. Very noisy, room had a street view.
