"The location was fantastic I could go for early morning walks on nearby Astor Street. There is a Walgreens drug store right nearby just in case you forgot to pack anything. The ice water available in the lobby was a nice touch after long hot summer days and $10 beverage credit was great for grabbing my early morning coffee. The room was a little on the small side but that is more of an observation than a complaint . I would stay there again."
"The room was nice. When you get in the elevator, it is important to use room key card to press the button for the floor. If you need to do laundry, $3 dollars worth of quarters for a load per each machine. You also need to purchase laundry detergent at the front desk or at a store.
Great views of Lake Michigan. It was a pleasant stay.
We would recommend to stay here."
"First off all I prebooked ahead of time so I wouldn’t have any issues. The day of my check in they weren’t able to find my information and they looked for over 1 hour. I booked 2 rooms and first they claimed only 1 was found. After minutes of going back and forth they found the 2nd room. Both rooms were on separate floors. This hotel is very old. The room is very small and didn’t meet my expectations especially not for the price. I was very disappointed."
"You’re supposed to have a room that slept for and was given a room with the king bed and the couch did not pull out. No rules were available and we had to leave. We disputing this charge two rooms. The front desk clerk was completely unhelpful and would not even give us his name. This was Saturday night day."
