"Good location and easily accessible by train. The front desk staff was attentive and engaged. I stopped by 2 days before my check-in to ask if they would hold my luggage as I was traveling to another city and did not want to carry my large luggage, and they accommodated the request. Two things to call out. There was no daily room service which I was not aware until I checked in. I did not understand where to drop off my garbage from dinner so the pizza box stayed in my room. "Our stay was very good except the wifi was very, very bad. We had to use our own data the whole time. I hope they would improve their wifi connection for the guests. But that's a small issue, the rest was all great. The location is very convenient as well."
