"My check-in was not great since for some reason I had a very small room with a queen bed and in the second floor where we had to go up about ten steps...I had stayed in a larger (although not great room) a week earlier and had even requested a paid upgrade for the last few days of my trip."
"You need to queue long for any request at reception (such as a room card not working) as there are only 2 counters and the check in process is inefficient. Set up a separate desk for the ipad check in or allow online self check in to speed this up!
Room and location are really nice. Very well connected to shops and public transport and it feels like a safe and clean area. No need to pay for expensive breakfast as a bakery is next door. "
"Very nice hotel located in the inner city of Vienna, just a couple of blocks from St. Stephen Cathedral. Other tourist attractions such as Hofburg Palace, Spanish Riding School,
Rathaus, Vilksgarten, etc. are all easily walkable from the hotel.
The hotel offers a buffet breakfast with numerous options and there are many dining options ranging from wurstel stands to cafes to Michelin starred restaurants within a few blocks.
There is also a lot of shopping options within this area ranging from souvenir shops to chocolatiers such as Lindt’s and higher end stores such as Swarovski.
Highly recommend this hotel!"
"Great hotel, which is a few minutes walk from the main train station and a five minute walk to Belvedere Palace. Staff were friendly, room was clean with a great view of the city! Didn’t have breakfast there, however the bar downstairs was lovely. There is a rooftop bar too, whilst it’s only open in the summer months, I did manage to get up there and the views were superb!"
"The breakfast was good. And the early service is great if you need to leave early. Maybe more fruit. But really, it was really good, and the breakfast is still 11h am, which is good!"
