"This is probably one of my favorite hotels i have ever stayed at! The staff were all super friendly and just the perfect amount of technology was mixed in but not to the point it prevented you from human interaction. Restaurant was also really tasty and the staff here are just spectacular! "

"I had a very uncomfortable and unsafe experience at this hotel. Staff members entered my room more than 5 times without any notice, even after I informed the reception. One time, I even woke up to find someone trying to open the door while I was sleeping — it was terrifying. Imagine someone suddenly walking into your room while you’re changing clothes or doing something private! I told the reception and they apologized, saying it wasn’t intentional, but it still happened three more times after...

"This review is for ARCOTEL Donauzentrum. Had a booking with Kaiserwasser but they could not accommodate due to a technical error. They were nice enough to transfer the registration to thei other hotel. Rooms clean. Good bed and shower. Good breakfast. Very close to Metro station. Attached to large shopping center with many food outlets. Airport bus stops right infront of hotel. Only caution. No regularly manned chech in desk, and elevators don't need a pass key, so anyone off the street can go...

Very good hotel just across the railway station

"The only disappointing aspect was the overpriced bar. A simple cup of hot water with a tea bag cost nearly 5 EUR, which I find completely unjustified for a hotel of this standard. Other than that, everything was impeccable! Novotel Wien Hauptbahnhof offers modern, clean, and comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and an excellent location right next to the main train station. The breakfast was absolutely outstanding – varied, fresh, and of exceptional quality. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Vienna."
