"Beautiful hotel with lovely staff, big bright rooms with huge windows and comfortable beds, and a gorgeous 12th floor terrace with views of the city. Plus the terrace isn’t an overcrowded circus like the one at Riu. The location right off Grand Via is great, too — super walkable to all of central Madrid, right next to the metro, just around the corner from the palace and its parks, and on an easy taxi pickup route at the edge of the craziness.
