"Excellent area & facilities. Unfortunately it was cold & the radiators in our room didn’t work - it was obvious they needed servicing. The restaurant food was very good but our steak order was taken by an unpleasant man. Breakfast was good but with offhand service from a different man. Never felt valued guests. "

Very comfortable bed though traditional bolster with huge pillow and bed covers could be replaced. "This place was wonderful! It was spotless, comfortably warm (early spring), breakfast was great. The owner is absolutely delightful. There was even a place to park the car. Wonderful bathroom with shower. And for us most importantly, it was quiet. The stars were beautiful at night too. We plan on returning."
