"This is a 4*, but operates at least as 4.5*, and maybe lower 5*. Staff bright, energetic and helpful. Breakfast good (but not great). Room is large and comfortable, with great view. Parking under hotel. Very centrally located and very convenient. Mall across the street. Hotel restaurant quite good and very reasonably priced, although dishes tend to be bland. Definitely a great place to stay. (but room lacks outlets, surface areas, temp control) Good and inexpensive Vietnamese restaurant...

"We drove a rental car - took some careful navigating to get to baggage drop off. Paid private parking was worth the money (only 2 euros worth public parking but so much closer). Did not have an elevator. North of center of 'old ville' in Reims, but very convenient to everythuing."
