"One night stopover on the way home, and it was a very good choice. Central location, with car parking immediately opposite. Friendly and helpful staff.
Normally we'd not eat in city hotels, but we did here as it looked inviting, and it was excellent.

"Extremely comfortable hotel to stay in with great facilities. The staff are very friendly and we had everything we needed for an overnight stay. The location around the hotel is a little under developed, but other than that it works very well. Also worth noting that the car park is in the adjacent building. Worth letting the reception team know so you can get a reduced parking rate for your stay given the affiliation they have with the car park. Overall would recommend. "
"Really lovely, spacious and clean apartment. Walkable to all the sights in central Reims and worth the extra yards for the inexpensive underground parking. We had two bedrooms, lounge, bathroom and toilet and 4 balconies. Lift direct to the garage. Supermarket more or less next door. Very friendly reception staff. Great stay! "
"Nettes kleines Hotel in Laufnähe zur Kathedrale, süßes kleines Zimmer ( wir blieben nur 1 Nacht auf der Durchreise) mit ,Mini- Bad ,alles vorhanden und liebevoll eingerichtet. In einer sicheren und zentralen Gegend. Restaurants und Brasserien sind in der Nähe.
Frühstück möglich in einem herrlichen, grünen Innenhof.
Da der Parkplatz voll war,haben wir im Parkhaus Cente Ville geparkt,zu Fuß 4 Min.entfernt.

"Air conditioning was fabulous, quiet enough to sleep and effective in this exceptional weather. Reception staff were lovey, and very attentive, and put up with my appalling French attempts. The breakfast was good and the restaurant attached was also a good mix of local and international meals to satisfy everyone. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Reims."

"Good location for a stop over stay on the way back to UK. Staff were helpful and friendly. Looks to be a brand new hotel, everything was in great condition, very clean and tidy. Negative points were that the bar was not open (not sure if it was just the night we stayed) and there seemed to be very limited number of staff. Secure car park was £15 per night, which is a bit steep (and there is no free alternative), plus the gate had to be opened manually by staff, which was a nuisance. Overall...

"The property is in middle of the city centre and not easy to drive to, but ok. Also, parking is not possible in their car park for most of the car because is underground and narrow .

"This place is a perfect base to explore Reims . We parked in the car park upstairs , outside for free ( there is underground parking on site too ) The room was nice , overlooking the river .. from the hotel it’s walkable to the Cathedral quarter ( 10/12mins stroll ) and there’s a wealth of restaurant choices and bars there . This seemed a very walkable and safe city and the Mercure is a nice easy , cost effective hotel to use as a base for a visit . "
"Lovely small hotel, centrally located, right next to bars and brasseries. The rooms are comfortable, and the bathroom and toilets are separate which is handy if you share a room.
The staff were all brilliant; from the evening front desk gentleman to the night security staff and the lady who checked us out the next morning - everyone was super nice and friendly.
There is a car park located a 2 mins walk away, which the hotel has access cards for, for a small fee.
