"When I arrived at this property it was 7 degrees outside and this property does not have central air and heat but SPACE HEATERS ONLY which were all turned off. Because of that the interior of the house was in the teens or twenties at best and I could see my breath. After running all heaters on high for hours it was still only in the 40's inside the house so I had to sleep wearing full ski wear which essentially meant I got no sleep at all.
