"When we arrived, the power was out all around the area. The power return continued to be delayed, which made accessing the room more difficult and showering with hot water impossible. The front desk ladies were AMAZING! They were running up and down the stairs to provide guests access to their rooms, and yet they continued to have a positive attitude.
