"The room was clean and it’s in a great location. Center of town, near the beach, and near a lot of shopping. You can walk anywhere from this location. "

"We booked a premium room which required a phone call to understand the description. Booked it on the understanding that it had been refurbished but it was only partly refurbished with broken cupboards, low grade fittings and mixed crockery, only one knife and no tea towel to dry dishes. Water pressure was really low. Ants were a problem on check in and later during the stay. Provided with insect spray on first instance but on second instance it couldn't be found and we were told to buy our own....

"On-site parking was easy and always available. Easy 10 minute stroll to St Lazarus square and associated dining options and shops and beach. Staff were very helpful and friendly, both front desk and service staff. Tennis club next door had limited menu but food was good and it was convenient. Busy every night but we weren't disturbed by noise. Free bike hire, including helmet and lock, were appreciated."

"Great location, clean and spacious. Comfortable bed. Only one of two lifts working. Didn't see anyone at the front desk during the week we were there. Hosts initial communication was 57 WhatsApp messages and photos with no introductory message. We nearly deleted as spam."
