Beautiful city. Area towards the pont and palace very loud and busy with quite a lot of drunk people sat in street being quite abusive. But area on other side of town was absolutely lovely with beautiful streets full of lovely restaurants and shops.

Hotel L'Horage was an excellent option, fabulous breakfast,rooms were well designed and convenient to Avignon shopping and dining. AVIGNON Was delightful from taxi drivers to market shop keepers who were lovely to encounter.
