We hebben dat gemeld en er werd gevraagd welk punt kon verbeteren , er werd ook een compensatie aangeboden voor het ongemak."

"On nous a attribué une chambre « non-fumeur » sui empestait la fumée de cigarette au point que nous avons été obligés de demander un changement de chambre. La personne à l’accueil a été très réactive et sensible à notre problème et nous a immédiatement proposé une autre chambre. Autre point négatif: climatisation HS! Cet hôtel avait visiblement un problème de climatisation (la climatisation était bien mentionnée dans les prestations de l’hôtel) mais nous n’avons eu droit à aucune compensation...

"Great location on the Loire River. Highly recommend paying a little extra for view. Large comfortable room and bed. Large bath and shower. Good free breakfast. Is right at the tram stop and blocks from very good restaurants and interesting old neighborhoods. The value of this hotel is superior to the sister Hilton property across the road in my opinion."

"This is our go-to for travel in and out of Tours since it’s immediately adjacent to the TGV station. It’s always clean and the staff always pleasant. Everyone we have encountered also speaks pretty good English. This is not a fancy-pants hotel with luxe appointments, but always reliable. They have a parking lot and excellent little pates de fruits bonbons at the reception desk."

"The property overall is beautiful and the staff were all very helpful. Unfortunately our room did not have a mini refrigerator which is unusual for a 4 star hotel and when I booked I thought all the rooms came with one but I was informed not ours, which was very inconvenient. The pool area is lovely but there are no pool towels readily available and they frequently run out when they were requested. The furniture around the pool under the gazebo needs replacing and cleaning. I feel the...

"Excellent breakfast. I will miss the pistachio cake especially. Staff are all wonderful. Suite was spacious and comfortable. Pool is beautiful!"

"Trop rustique, pas de chauffage central, des petits radiateurs portatifs ont été rajoutés mais soit il fait trop chaud, ou soit trop froid. Le sol est glacial (les tomettes sont jolies, mais très froides) "
