très bon accueil avec remise des clés dans les chambres petit dej bon mais simple manque de fruits. petit bémol l'ascenseur s'arrête au 2ieme étage pour les chambres supérieures il faut monter a pied. si vous avez une petite faim aller dans la rue piétonne en face de l'église a " la petite fringale " au bout de l'allée une petite pépite.

Family feeling with good value for money

Good location, friendly family style staff, clean, quiet. Nice bar and restaurant. Not very much water in the shower. But except that the room was good for the price.

Très bon hôtel idéalement placé au cœur d’Ax les thermes pour un week entre amis, c’est parfait. Très bien accueillis à notre arrivée, esprit convivial très agréable. Je recommande vivement le Bellevue avec les thermes à proximité pour les adeptes!

Hôtel bruyant, on entend tout ce qui se passe dans l'établissement (les chambres d'à côté, celle du dessus et la salle d'en bas). Salle d'eau très petite, cabine de douche très très très minuscule, une fois à l'intérieur impossible de bouger.

Pas correcte

Je suis très en colère. Ayant des problèmes de santé, j’ai été obligé d’annuler ma réservation de deux nuits. J’ai prévenu 3 jours avant et la réponse que j’ai eu « on vous prélèvera une nuit ». Ce n’est pas très correcte. Très déçu et évidemment ils ne sont pas près de me voir dans leur établissement.

Un hotel à taille humaine avec des gérants très attentifs à leurs hôtes. Les chambres sont propres, confortables et bien insonorisées. Possibilité de parking gratuit très facile. Tous les commerces et restaurants accessibles à pied ainsi que les bails du Couloubret. Bon petit déjeuner!
