Hele goede service met een team dat deels uit Nepal komt. Goede hulp bij aankomen buiten inchecktijd, ondersteuning bij ziekte (een heerlijk vers bereid soepje) en hulp bij taxi regelen. "O hotel não é perto da parte histórica da cidade, mas ainda assim é uma excelente escolha, tanto porque há linhas de ônibus e trem por perto, que facilmente conectam ao centro em aproximadamente 15 min, quanto pelo fato de as instalações serem novas e contar, também, com um ótimo café da manhã."
