"Amazing property! Has the perfect mix of old world charm + modern updates. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Staff is INCREDIBLE! So attentive, kind, helpful and friendly! Would absolutely recommend this hotel, and want to come back on my next trip to Zermatt!"

"The hotel is absolutely spectacular. The location is perfect, the rooms are very comfortable, the spa is well-equipped, the breakfast has absolutely everything, and the shuttle service is punctual. The only drawback is that the concierge doesn't handle restaurant reservations."
