"We had a great stay overall. The room was clean, and the staff were very kind. The gentleman at the check-in counter was especially professional and welcoming. The only small issue was that one of the extra sheets for the couch bed had a stain on it. Aside from that, everything was wonderful. We’ve had a few not-so-great experiences during past visits, but this time definitely restored our trust. We’re really glad we gave this hotel another chance, and we’ll be happy to stay again. Thank you!"
