"We were initially disappointed to hear a week before arrival that the honeymoon suite was unavailable due to repairs, but what followed was nothing short of wonderful. Our replacement room was beautiful, and the moment we saw those dramatic, serene mountain views, any lingering "what ifs" melted away. It’s the perfect escape to slow down and breathe. Even the winding, adventure-filled drive there makes the arrival feel earned. The food was another major highlight with fresh, healthy breakfasts...

"For et godt valg, tenkte vi da vi kom, og det sier det meste. God beliggenhet ift. sentrum og stranda. Stille og rolig på kvelden/natta ( vi bodde nærmest stranda). Strålende rengjøring med ofte bytte av håndklær og sengetøy. Stor og familiær vennlighet fra ansatte. Store rom med alt du trenger - kjøkkenkrok med kjøleskap med en liten fryser, (kaffemaskin med kapsler som blir påfyll hver dag), vannkoker osv. God størrelse på terrassen. Strandrestauranten hadde veldig god mat. Vi kommer gjerne...

"The staff was amazing. So helpful! Ana at the front desk and the manager, also Ana, were so nice. They were so helpful in giving us ideas for non-touristy adventures. The food never disappointed. They would sometimes include a theme night, i.e. Mexican, Italian. The food was fresh and the dining area was clean. Our room didn’t have the greatest view, but it was very quiet. We could never hear the people adjacent to or above us. I would definitely stay here again. "

Only issue with staff is we had a house keeper walk into our room without approval at 9:30 in the morning. It was a little sketchy! Pool looked nice but never used! Did get bit by something while there…could be mosquitoes or the other something else…never seen the actual bugs but had the bites….other than that, the place did seem clean, nice shower! "The property was beautiful, clean and well equipped lovely products in the bathroom, fresh towels and great breakfast. Maria and Nikos were the perfect Cretan host with all the warmth and kindness that only the Cretan’s can offer . We temporarily lost our car key they jumped to help us, collecting us from the salt lake pouring balm ( wine ) to soothe our troubles and then returning us to the salt lake and our vehicle , once we had realised we had stashed the key in a beach shoe thank you guys...

"Mängel im Außen- und Innenbereich Wir hatten eine Deluxe-Suite gebucht, waren jedoch wegen einer Reihe von Mängeln tief enttäuscht. Außenbereich und Patio: Im Vorraum und im Sitzbereich der Suite herrschte täglich wiederkehrender Kanal- und Gullygeruch. Zudem lief das Abwasser von zwei Klimaanlagen direkt durch den Vorraum. "Super nah am Strand und der Innenstadt, sehr schöne Anlage mit Pool, Zimmer äußerst sauber, Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Trotz später Anreise war ein Check in noch möglich. Abwechslungsreiches Frühstück, jeden Tag eine neue Kleinigkeit zusätzlich"
