Aussi, pas de personnel d'accueil et nous avons passé 1h dehors à appeler pour avoir les codes d'accès non reçus par mail. Malgré tout, séjour correct."

"The apartment was beautiful and clean although the floor and walls could use a good scrubbing. Everything is very modern and well situated. Check in was a little difficult with the technology, but we got help via cell phone. Next day was a holiday so no one on-site. We missed our train and arrived after Jerome was off. The bathroom door was stuck open (apt 1.2) so for 4 women it was a little problem. It was fixed on Friday. "

"Dans l'ensemble correcte mise a part la non reception du mail de validation avec les codes d'entrees (obliger d'appeler le service client qui a été tres reactif et professionnel), le lave vaisselle etait plein et avait une odeur nauséabonde en l'ouvrant. "Good property but the XL room has no big kitchen it’s pretty small a d not comfortable to cook there. Everything else is good - but better get a room with a balcony it’s facing the river Moselle and it’s way more quiet than the rooms witch ate facing the road with a kind of heavy traffic "

"Hôtel de standing qui conforte la renommée de DoubleTree. Une modernisation serait apprécié car l'hôtel a bien vieillit. Le personnel est très attentionné et le petit-déjeuner répondra aux besoins de tous. Un peu excentré du centre ville, vous dépendez du service de bus qui n'est pas très régulier surtout en soirée. Il est préférable malheureusement d'utiliser son véhicule."
