"There's no air-conditioning in this hotel (it's a listed building), but in the current heatwave the room was unbearably hot. Room 245 had only 1 window, this was quite stiff and awkward to open/close... But even open did little to alleviate the heat, this built up during the day even with curtains ..."

"Disappointing stay for a 5* star rated hotel, in our superior king room there were cobwebs and spiders in every corner of the room and in the hallways - a water leak had occurred and had not been fixed, this left a damp moldy patch on the ceiling.
