"Hi there, the overall stay was just okay. We did not get the room we booked, we waited ages to see reception when checking in, though the front of house was nice. The breakfast buffet was alright however the restaurant manager from Friday and Saturday gave us weird looks and was not hospitable. On Sunday it was different staff for breakfast , they were talking loudly amongst each other where we would have preferred less noise. "I got a great welcome from the Lady at Reception and check in was easy. The room had everything I needed and nothing I didn't. It was very clean and the room service every day was welcome. "It is not the usual kind of hotel I would visit (last minute). The hotel was old, it was under renovation. The room was great. Clean and comfortable, there was nowhere to fill the jug with water in the room. The receptionist gave me ROTTEN Milk! But she was very friendly and very helpful."
