  • These ruins are part of the Historic City of Ayuttaya UNESCO World Heritage Site. The three stupas hold the ashes of three important kings who ruled the kingdom. The ruins are part of the royal palace that was built sometime between 1351-1369. The ruins are very awesome to see but people do not pay much attention to signs about not climbing on them - but no one enforces the rules either. Sad to see such old architecture being disrespected by someone trying to take a perfect selfie.

Beautiful, simple room overlooking the river. Staff was very nice and friendly, however, seemed to be new and untrained in the hospitality industry. The place could use a good cleaning - the ceiling lights were full of dead flies. Breakfast is included, but very simple. Functional, but not great. The restaurant, however, is excellent. Overall, for the price and location, it's a great stay.

A disappointment

The room was a disappointment for my family and friends. They tell me it was not very clean, very small with not even room for a chair so only the bed to sit on to watch the TV, etc. The breakfast was very basic. Not a good value.

Schön aber laut.

Der Aufenthalt, war durchwachsen, die Lage am Fluss war schön aber durch die Boote sehr laut. Die geliehenen Fahrräder habe die Runde um Ayuttaya gerade so geschafft. Die Verständigung war so gut wie nicht möglich.

Bon séjour et accueil adorable

Très bon accueil dans ce petit hôtel, chambre très propre et bien équipée. La situation de l'hôtel est correcte même si plutôt éloigné des temples et la rue n'est pas très animée. Mais les tuk tuk sont là pour vous emmener où vous voulez

Superbt läge slitna spartanska rum

Hotellets läge är superbt. Gångavstånd till ruinerna och fantastisk veranda och bra restaurang vid floden, fin utsikt och mycket att titta på. Vårt rum var litet, väl spartanskt och ganska slitet.

Aucune isolation dans la chambre qui se située au dessus de la reception/cuisine. Nous n avons pas quasi pas dormi. Notre chambre n etait pas pratique pour passer d une chambre a une autre car a chaque porte il fallait enjamber. Decoration trop sombre car les murs/plafonds etaient recouvert de lambris. Bref je ne le recommande pas.

Les gens sont super sympathiques. On nous a prêté des vélos tout le weekend. Le déjeuner etair gratuit. Toutefois les murs n'avaient pas été lavés et le plancher de la salle de bain non plus.

Wanted the kids to feel the old style house of Thailand_ Wood, of course had modern toilet and A/C.The view along the river was nice ,restaurant food was great, people working there nice. Hard to find the hotel but enjoyed the stay.

小さな部屋だけど、気持ちの良い滞在でした。

レストランの雰囲気がすごく良いです。部屋はシンプルで、小さいですが、ゆっくりと休むことができました。ナイトマーケットなどの場所を教えていただき、自転車も貸していただけました。

Overnight in the family room

This accommodation is more a room above a restaurant, backing on to the river (after a walk down a driveway to the back of other buildings), and felt more like a family-run BnB style of accommodation. We were in the family room which was ample in size and had the bonus of a small sitting room. We were a little disturbed in the evening by the exhaust fan for the restaurant below exiting the building right next to our room, meaning lengthy spells of loud mechanical noises combined with the clinking of plates and chatter from the restaurant kitchen directly below us, continuing on well into the evening (about 10pm). That aside however, the bedding was good, the space ample and the breakfast provided okay as well. Having the restaurant downstairs also meant an easy place for dinner, with nice food and a nice outlook over the river. Nice for a short overnight stay.
