"The only challenge was there was not available staff to attend to our needs, on checking in, no one at the reception for 30mins, communication barrier as staff finally available speaks very little English,on checking out, no staff to hand over keys and we had a taxi waiting to take us to airport. "This hotel is wonderful ! Room is super big , comfortable, and clean. Very beautiful and unique decoration.The pool is clean and have a great view. We had dinner in a restaurant a few times and the food was excellent, great choice of different cuisine and great preparation. The breakfast was good too. Stuff is very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a stay in Cappadocia. And I am definitely coming back. The location of the place is great, a little on a side from the town so be ready take taxi everywhere you go. Best thing - rent a car. Average price to Goreme is 13-15$ . Taxi for 2-3 hours to take you around the main valleys is 100$ . "

"OK, let me start by saying Sezer and Furkon were amazing! I hope I spelt them both right. Helped us from everything from the second me came in. We had an issue with our room and they wasted no time moving us and it was no issue at all. Very tentative to our needs and the views. They are worth it. If you are debating between this and another hotel do this! We did the imperial and it was great. The tub was amazing and in the morning watching the balloons was great. They have a easy airport shuttle you can arrange with them and it was hassle free!"
