"The air conditioning leaked the entire stay, water literally dripping constantly on the floor, toilet continued to get stopped up, water in shower/tub took a very very long time to drain and the faucet near sink was barely attached to the wall. At check in the service desk didn't explain my total for payment, I booked through expedia and my total was different than when booked through expedia. when I asked why all she kept saying was how did I know my total that was due.. She did not explain...

"This property is run down and dirty. Guest rooms are OK but public areas are not. Toilet kept running, I fixed it. But the valve system was obvious years old and should have been replaced. Breakfast, which I paid for, was a joke. We were even charged for our coffees when they should have been included with breakfast. Inside elevator door had gang symbols scratched on it. Handicaped parking was way around on the side of the building requiring a long walk to the entrance. But, and this why...

"Cards didn't work after several tries, and remakes. I arri be 1AM long drive need a room and Room AC didn't work correctly. Plug was burned up and cut off in night 4AM I tried to work on it but no luck plug was shorted. No phone in room so In AM I let them know as I am checking out and leaving this place. "The hotel is new, clean, and had nice amenities…however during our overnight stay we went to use the microwave in room and found it to be unplugged. Easy enough fix most of the time, but we found that the outlet was mostly obstructed by the cabinet and the cord could not be plugged in, the hole for the outlet was completely off. Just really odd that no one thought to fix that, or to even check that all appliances were operational in the few months the hotel has been opened. We reported to the...
