"This condo/hotel was perfect for our needs. Our room (203) was on the ground floor with a balcony that overlooked the interior of the building. It was very clean & spacious. My only conundrum is that in my room, I could hear an echo from surrounding rooms. 3 nights in there was a child who would wake up all hours of the night and it's voice would echo through the balcony. Once that tenant was gone, it was extremely quiet. We did make a suggestion as well to have at least one full length mirror...

"We had a lovely stay at the Isabella by Viadora. We rented the "Exclusive Apartment" (3 bedroom, 3 bath) for two weeks over the summer and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The apartment was even better than advertised (which almost never happens!) and we were so happy with our decision to rent there. We've stayed in Polanco previously at a major hotel, and it was so nice to have a boutique experience with all of the major amenities of a hotel.
