"No housekeeping service and when requested they just piled some towels on the unmade bed."

"The front of the building is dilapidated but it looks like theyre in the process of fixing it? The staff was super helpful and we had a pretty good time there and parking was secluded but pretty safe."

"The lobby was very dirty, and when I got to the room, it was filthy, and there were bugs—like bedbugs—crawling on the bed. When I spoke to the person at the front desk, they told me it was the only room available and that if I wanted to stay, that was the room available, and that if I left, they wouldn't refund my money, because I was the one who didn't want to stay."

"The property needs renovations specifically inside the room. There was no toilet paper holder, the AC made strange sounds at night. But the wors thing is the other people inside thebproperty apparently they live here. And we felt watched at all times. At night we coulnt sleep because there was two people outside taliking for kver an hour.we though there were listening to see if we were asleep. At 5am outside of the room there was a tall tree with many birds singing. One of the reasons we stayed...

"The stay was good except for changing the room three times. First room was not cleaned up. In the second room the TV didn't work and should not have offered to use it and finally the third room was OK. Parking and breakfast were ok."

"Carpet was old and needed replacement and cleaning. Quite smelly Once I mentioned to the front desk, they got maintenance on it and reported it to corporate. Needs some updates. Could not use the gym or pool area Gym smelled bad not cleaned though lots of housekeeping around and the pool water was and hot tub were merky. It was also insane that they were charging for unsecured parking that used to be free."

"This property was just okay though for the cost and the ratings shown, it should have been much better. Pros: location, good shower pressure, nice staff at front desk, and well stocked pantry of items for snacks or forgotten toiletries. Cons: carpet was HORRIBLY DIRTY in room 518 leaving my socks brown after a short time walking around, fitted sheet on one bed dirty, the whole hotel including my room smelled musty and odd so I had to buy a room spray from bath & body works to make it better...
