"Det är en lugn resort med en full stor pool som är väldigt ren. Frukosten är ok antar jag. Det finns flera cyklar som man kan låna från resorten. Nära till allt ändå- lungt runtom. Personalen helt fantastiskt . Hit återkommer jag igen. Bott här i 8 nätter."

"Toppen personal som verkligen vill underhålla barnen, tyvärr är inte personalen några hotell människor men dem försöker så gott dem kan. Tyvärr badade vi inte bada i poolen då det saknas cirkulationspump, men den försöker städa den så mycket som möjligt."

J’ai passé un excellent séjour au The Up Hotel Phu Quoc. L’établissement est très propre, bien entretenu et moderne. La chambre était confortable, silencieuse et parfaitement nettoyée chaque jour. Le personnel est vraiment accueillant, souriant et toujours prêt à aider. L’emplacement est pratique, proche de la plage, des cafés et des restaurants. Très bon rapport qualité-prix. Je recommande cet hôtel pour un séjour agréable et sans souci à Phu Quoc.

"Room: The room is very comfortable, big and clean. You can see the blue sky and ocean from the window. Very relaxing! Great location: 10 minutes away from the airport and the main town. Service was great as well, staff is very helpful, friendly and you get served a fresh drink as soon as you arrived. The hotel has a nice outdoor swimming pool for a sunny day."

"The resort provides good attention for clients and pleasant stay throughout the trip.
The receptionist ladies are nice and supportive.
The walkway from the reception to the villas are covered under the shade of trees, nice to walk even noon time
The location is good, close to town, easy to call taxi anytime
The resort is kind of quiet, and we actually enjoyed it
The breakfast buffet is standard but the dessert section is good
We stayed on a day of my kid’s birthday and the hotel surprised...
