"My stay at Hasana Pu Luong was absolute perfection. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, The hot water and Wi-Fi worked perfectly. Note for late sleepers: the curtains are light to keep the room airy, so bring a sleeping mask if you're sensitive to the morning sun! ​The staff is adorable and super helpful, even with long-distance transfers, and their communication via WhatsApp is top-notch. The restaurant also has a great, extensive menu. The infinity pool is spotless, and the view is breathtaking—even in the rain, the valley looks magical and mystical. A true haven of peace!"

"Great property, wth nice relaxing pool area. A Good Restaurant and Bar. Nice comfortable hotel, not backpacker homestay like so many other properties in this area. But with a Viet Wooden Stilt Building type Charm right into the hilltop forest canopy."

"We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights, the room had poor seals on all doors and windows and on a cold few days it was difficult to stay warm. The bath plug didn’t work and so we couldn’t have a bath, on top of which the hot water was not flowing and turned cold within 5 minutes When it’s cold here there’s nothing to do in the room as there is no tv. On top of which the spa is substandard. Breakfast was minimal but good. "

Hotel staff were super helpful and friendly and gave us all sort of great ideas for us take off on self guided adventures. We were stoked to rent the scooters ant the hotel - and explore the valleys.
