"Wow I don’t know how to even put into words how amazing our stay was. The entire staff was beyond accommodating and attentive. They reached out weeks even before our trip to ensure we had proper transportation there as it is a massive commute. "We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights, the room had poor seals on all doors and windows and on a cold few days it was difficult to stay warm. The bath plug didn’t work and so we couldn’t have a bath, on top of which the hot water was not flowing and turned cold within 5 minutes When it’s cold here there’s nothing to do in the room as there is no tv. On top of which the spa is substandard. Breakfast was minimal but good. "

"We had a wonderful stay at Hanasa Pu Luong - it's a beautiful property in a great location for exploring the area on foot or bike. The staff members are all so welcoming and hospitable, and helped us to arrange a tour and transportation which was much appreciated! Our room was beautiful, with a private pool overlooking the rice paddies. It was such a relaxing, serene hotel and I would recommend to anyone who is planning to visit Pu Luong!"
