"My husband and I stayed at Indochine Premium while visiting Hanoi. The hotel is at a great location, walking distance from the main attractions and very good restaurants. The room is clean and breakfast is varied with different options (American + Vietnamese). What truly shone for me here is the hospitality from the staff. We were welcomed by Mia and she felt like a friend. From the moment we checked in, we were treated to tea and the yummiest butter cookies which was so refreshing. They even had our room ready before the check in and we didn’t really even have to ask. Later in the evening, when they realized I was feeling unwell, she asked if I would like some ginger tea and it was the kindest gesture! This has been such a big part of us loving Vietnam and I truly can’t wait to be back. They were ultra kind to let us keep our bags here even when we weren’t staying on another day and took care of it! They gave us recommendations for everything, food, shopping, groceries and also tips about bargaining. Will 100% stay here when in Hanoi, primarily because the staff is just so so great! Big big shoutout to Mia, she’s the one I interacted mostly with during our time there but truly everyone has been amazing! Thank you "

"Staff went above and beyond- Lily at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. Truly made a difference! Enjoyed the rooftop bar and music as well as the massage services. Breakfast was great- they made food to order as well as a nice buffet. Location was exceptional- so much to walk to! Porters were very helpful and held our bags for the day after check out. Highly recommend this place- hope to stay again if I am ever back in Hanoi. "

"Excellent stay at Oriental Jade. Clean and comfortable room with good beds and bathroom with great shower. Staff uniformly excellent.Broad breakfast selection both western and Vietnamese. Very accommodating about holding luggage and assisting with airport transit. Had a great massage in spa - so convenient to go down in robe! Swimming pool has amazing views. Ate at the rooftop bar several times - nice fettuccine with salmon for a change of pace. "
